Ohio Department of Insurance

The Ohio Department of Insurance(ODI) transitioned to a new system to maintain and manage user accounts.

If you do not have an existing OH|ID account

1. Create an OH|ID account
2. Login using your newly created OH|ID account
3. Request access to ‘Insurance Application Gateway’ application.  
4. When you access the application for the first time, you will get a screen with ‘Match Account’ and ‘New account’ options. Select ‘New account’ option to create an ODI account.  

If you already have an existing OH|ID account

1. Login using that account
2. Request access to ‘Insurance Application Gateway’ application.
